CXR Larus Technical Support

CXR Larus has an excellent National Support Center technical staff located at our home office ready to assist customers with installation technical support, or product troubleshooting, whenever the need arises. Customers performing mantainence and installations during off-hours can rest assured that CXR Larus offers Emergency Technical support 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

NOTE: Before availing yourself of this emergency service, it is highly recommended that you consult the equipment practice or manual that came with your product. This will answer the vast majority of the questions you may have. If there is a question can wait until the next business day, please call for technical advice during normal business hours. Our technical support engineers like sleeping at night too!

The CXR Larus National Support Center technical staff is available for telephone consultation at 408-573-2700. This service is available 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

During off hours, weekends and holidays:

- Please call 1-800-999-9946 (USA only) or 1-408-291-8014 (International) for our answering service. An on-call CXR Larus technical specialist will return your call within one hour, in most cases. Please make sure your questions or problems are really an emergency when calling during off hours.

When contacting the CXR Larus National Support Center by phone or email, please have the following information available, which will speed the process:

  1. The Model number and Serial number of the product.
  2. The product List and Issue (if a Larus product).
  3. Product purchase date - New install or already in service?
  4. Your contact information (phone number, email address and so forth).
  5. A description of the problem.
  6. A log of the switch settings of the unit.
