CXR Larus Corporation Overview CXR Larus Corporation is comprised of three telecommunication subsidiaries of EMRISE Corporation, an international manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components, subsystems and telecommunications equipment with operations in the US, France, UK and Japan. Larus Corporation, originally founded in 1980, manufactures leading edge telecommunications network timing and transmission products, serving local telephone companies, long distance providers, and global public and private network providers. CXR/Larus has grown to become an internationally recognized manufacturer, providing network timing, analog, digital, and fiber transmission equipment. It is one of a small, specialized group of manufacturers with the technical resources and knowledge to produce these complex systems, providing it unique market opportunities. In 2004, it became a subsidiary of EMRISE Corporation. CXR Anderson Jacobson, originally founded in 1973 as Anderson Jacobson, manufactures transmission and network access products to a global market. These products include a range of fiber optic, DSL and voice frequency (VF) modems, ISDN terminal adapters, ISDN concentrators, multiplexers, and interface converters together with an increasing range of IP products including a full range of routers and terminal servers all of which combine to provide the user with a complete end-to-end communication solutions for corporate, government and carrier applications. In 2005, CXR Anderson Jacobson became a subsidiary of CXR/Larus Corporation. CXR Telcom, originally founded in 1982, develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of test instruments used by the operators of public and private telecommunications networks, utility companies, government agencies and transportation for the installation, maintenance and optimization of advanced public and private communications networks. These products are designed with innovative user interfaces to simplify analog/digital circuit access and testing. All test instrumentation products are designed to allow easy upgrade and enhancement as testing requirements evolve. In 2005, CXR Telcom was merged into CXR Larus Corporation.
