				Larry Taillie, President, CXR Larus Corporation Mr.Taillie was appointed President of CXR Larus Corporation in July 2004. He brings to the company a proven track record of leadership in fast growth situations; management of high technology product development; and international experience of manufacturing and strategic alliances, a result of over 35 years in the industry. Mr. Taillie has enjoyed a diverse career prior to joining CXR Larus. Most recently, he was Vice President, General Manager of Glenayre Electronics, Santa Clara, a leading manufacturer of Wireless Products; prior to that, he served senior vice president positions at several leading technology companies around Silicon Valley, including Portable Energy Products Inc., Raster Graphics Inc., Domain Technology Inc., Xidex Corp and Micrographics. Mr Taillie has a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester, NY. ____________________________________________________________________________

				Jim Shieh, Vice President of Engineering Mr. Shieh brings CXR Larus over 20 years of engineering and senior level management experience in telecommunications and data networking. He previously served as VP of Engineering at Abest Communications with responsibility for developing SIP/MGCP/MEGACO Media Gateways and ATM/IP DSLAM systems. Prior to Abest Communications, Mr. Shieh was a Software Development Manager at Cisco Systems, where he played a key role to deliver a high-density VoIP Media Gateway and high-end EtherNet Switching Systems. Prior to his role at Cisco, Mr Shieh was a key technical member at TransMedia Communications, one of the pioneers in developing VoIP Media Gateways. Mr. Shieh received his MSEE degree from the University of Santa Clara in California, and a MSME degree from the University of Utah. ___________________________________________________________________________________

				Daniel Burch, National Sales Manager Mr. Burch was appointed National Sales Manager for CXR Larus Corporation in October 2006. Prior to this appointment he was the Central Regional Sales Manager for CXR Telcom, and was previously National Manager - Digital Services and Data Support for GTE/Verizon Communcations. Mr. Burch has served in numerous roles including Craft, Engineering, and Management during a 25+ year career with major telephone companies. He has also participated in international standards bodies and is a featured speaker at industry events worldwide. ___________________________________________________________________________________

				David Cole, Director of Corporate Quality Assurance . Mr. Cole has been the Director of Corporate Quality Assurance at CXR Larus Corporation since 1993. He has been responsible for all quality systems and ISO 9001 attainment and maintenance activities. Prior to his tenure at CXR Larus Corporation, Mr. Cole held positions with AT&T Network Solutions for five years managing and auditing vendor base quality systems. Mr. Cole earned a BSEE from San Diego State University in 1985, and a MBA in Business from Santa Clara University in 1994. ___________________________________________________________________________________

				Robert Nelson, Director of Manufacturing Mr. Nelson has been with CXR Larus since 1989. During that time he has managed Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Test and the Customer Return departments. He also has a diverse background in manufacturing, and has held management positions in Acrian, a microwave component and amplifier manufacturer, E.H. Electronics, a test equipment manufacturer, and Sierra Misco, a telemetry manufacturer. Mr. Nelson holds a BSEE degree from Central Connecticut State, and served 6 years in the US Navy. ___________________________________________________________________________________
				Michael Ritz, Director of Product Marketing Mr. Ritz has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has been with CXR Larus Corporation since 1989. Mr. Ritz previously held engineering management and product management positions within the Company before being appointed Director of Product Marketing in 2005. Prior to joining CXR Larus, Mr. Ritz held a variety of senior engineering and management positions with California Microwave, of Sunnyvale, CA. Mr. Ritz began his career with SBE Inc, a commercial VHF and UHF radio manufacturer, and is licensed by the FCC in both the commercial and amateur radio services (W7VO). Mr. Ritz holds a BS degree from San Jose State University and served as a founding member of the SJSU Technology Advisory Board, helping to shape the institution's curriculum in technology.

				Chris Bailey, National Director of Channel Sales Mr. Bailey brought his broad experience and expertise in Channel Sales to CXR Larus Corporation in 2004 after a 20 plus year career with Intel Corporation of Santa Clara, CA, where he was responsible for over $250M of sales per year to Intel Global Channel partners throughout the world. He has been a featured speaker at many telecom industry events, and is a graduate of the Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus, OH.
