of the StarSync™ Edge Next
Generation Timing Product
Follow on Product from Recently Announced Agreement with

electronic devices and communications equipment for aerospace, defense,
industrial, and communications applications announced today that its
subsidiary, CXR Larus Corporation, released today the StarSync Edge 6800
Next Generation network NTP/PTP Client Device at the NXTcomm08 Telecom
Exhibition in Las Vegas. The StarSync™ Edge 6800 is the second product
from the joint marketing and product development collaboration with
Brilliant Telecommunications Inc. of Campbell, CA previously announced
April 1, 2008. The StarSync™ 6800 is a 12” x 1 Rack Unit (RU),
rack-mountable high accuracy, carrier class Network Time Protocol (NTP)
and Precise Time Protocol (PTP/IEEE1588V2) Client Product to serve in
concert with the Grandmaster Product, the StarSync™ 6850. First product
shipments for the StarSync™ 6800 are projected for Q3 2008.

Network Market servicing wireless backhaul, Full IP networks, as well as
the traditional circuit switched and converged networks. The StarSync
6800 is a temperature hardened product, which opens the door to many
applications with remote hubs and hostile environments, such as in the
French North African market served by our subsidiary CXR Anderson
Jacobson. The 6800 and the 6850 are a family of products providing
wire-speed NTP/PTP IEEE1588 v2 with unparalleled accuracy. Mr. Oliva

existing suite of Timing and Synchronization products to allow CXR Larus
to shorten its development cycle and time to market for the entire range
of product offerings. These new products will position CXR Larus for
