Arca:ERI), a designer, manufacturer and marketer of proprietary
electronic devices and communications equipment for aerospace, defense,
industrial, and communications applications, today announced at the CTIA
Wireless convention in Las Vegas that, through its subsidiary, CXR Larus
Corporation, it has entered into a bilateral agreement with an industry
leading innovative Silicon Valley company Brilliant Telecommunications
for the sale and marketing of products, and access to Brilliant’s market
leading technology.
Carmine T. Oliva, President and CEO of EMRISE, commented, “This

Brilliant, this broadens our distribution and support channels to drive
rapid market expansion of our precise timing and synchronization
technologies for next generation networks. It also allows us to broaden
our product portfolio with complimentary products, providing a more
complete end-to-end solution and faster time to market. We welcome this
