For Immediate Release:

CXR Larus Announces Upgraded Halcyon 704A Universal Test Set for

Maintenance of Air Route Traffic Control Networks Worldwide.

October 9, 2009- CXR Larus Corporation is proud to announce that it has developed a new feature set for the industry standard CXR Halcyon 704A Universal Test Set, which allows testing of Selective Signaling (SS1-SS4) for the world-wide Air Route Traffic Control (ARTCC) voice network. ARTCC is the critical voice communications network connecting air traffic controllers together across FAA, US Navy, US Air Force and other agencies world-wide which coordinate air traffic routing.

Larry Taillie, President of CXR Larus Corporation commented; “The updated Halcyon is a direct replacement for our legacy CXR 5200 which was the incumbent test set for measuring ARTCC signals. Additionally, we have added a feature which has already drawn rave reviews….the ability to monitor an SS trunk over time, recording all passing digits, generating a report which may be saved, printed or emailed. The 704A is able to both send and receive Selective Signaling digits.”

The new CXR Halcyon 704A Universal Test Set is immediately available in two models: 704A-NTS1/FAA/SS for FAA and civilian use, and 704A-NTS1/NV/SS for military use. Both contain identical software, features, and cable kits. These units may be purchased through numerous channels: directly from CXR Larus, through our distribution partners (P&T Supply, KGP or GraybaR); ordered under FAA Contract, Navy Contract or via web-based services www.testmart.com for GSA Advantage buyers, or www.navicpmart.com for Internal Control Point (ICP) buyers. Both models have been assigned National Stock Numbers as follows:

CXR Halcyon 704A-NTS1/FAA/SS under FAA Contract DTFAAC-09-D-00027 NSN: 6625-01-540-23191

CXR Halcyon 704A-NTS1/NV/SS under US Navy Contract N0010407DD013 NSN: 7ZH 6625-01-567-1155
